Developing Excellence Through Sport

Programme Overview

At The Leadership Foundation, our mission is to build a learning community where every learner thrives through sport. We are committed to promoting equity, empathy, collaboration, respect, personalised learning, inclusion, early intervention, lifelong learning, advocacy, and resilience.

Regardless of the learners background or circumstances, we have high expectations for all, whilst providing equal access to resources, opportunities, and support necessary for their success. The learner will be challenged and be required to develop their self-confidence throughout the sports leaders programme, whilst developing their own skill level in various sports and activities.

We believe that collaboration is essential and work together with students, parents, educators, and the community to create a collaborative network that addresses the needs of every learner, providing a strong support system for their educational journey. As a result, learners will actively focus on team work in everything they do at the

Leadership Foundation.

It is fundamental to equip learners with the skills to better deal in situations back at school. This is achieved through developing the understanding of discipline through sport and physical activity.
